Submersible Winding Wires:
"midlite" brand Submersible Winding Wires are available in
two variants with highly conductive and bright annealed copper
conductor. In first type, the insulation over conductor is provided by
several coatings of polyester / polypropylene films. In second type,
conductor is extruded by special grade PVC.
Polyester / BOPP Insulated
Winding Wires:
These winding wires are insulated with Polyester Film & Bi-Axially
Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) Film. These Films provide high degree of
insulation and prevention from moisture, as these winding wires are
used specifically for using submersible pumps that are operated under
water. midlite brand winding wires uses extremely high grade
Polyester/BOPP films & have been sucessfully tested for quality by
various laboratories. These wires are fast replacing PVC insulated
winding wires as they have lesser overall diameter & have higher
operating temperature range.The smaller sizes of midlite brand winding
wires are specially manufactured to have very less overall outer
diameter. These special LOD winding wires are manufactured from
superior grade Polyester/BOPP films. These winding wires are
manufactured in reference to BIS specification IS:8783 Part-4/Section-3.
PVC Insulated Winding Wires:
These winding wires are
insulated with HR grade PVC compound. These winding wires are capable
to withstand rating of 160° C and intermittent
rating of 170° C and thus, enabling these winding
wires to be overloaded without endangering safety. The insulation is
resistant to boiling water, steam and vapours to prevent ageing &
cracking in practical usages. These winding wires are manufactured in
reference to BIS specification IS:8783 Part-4/Section-1.
